Perkins County Rural Water System, Inc. (PCRWS) is a water distribution system in northwestern South Dakota. The office is located in Bison, SD and PCRWS began selling water to rural customers in 2004 and added the City of Lemmon in 2005 and Town of Bison in 2006. Initial construction was completed in 2014.

Regular monthly meetings of the Board of Directors are held the 2nd Thursday of each month at the office. These meetings are open to the public and all are invited to attend.
